Terms of Service

These terms are between BrandKicks Labs (referred to as we, us, or BrandKicks Labs), registered at 3B 402, Ashok Astoria, Govardhan, Gangapur Road, Nashik, Maharashtra, India 422222 (phone: +91 99601 03679), and the client (you) purchasing our services.

By booking a project with us, you agree to these terms.

We create AI-generated films for D2C brands. Our services include AI Films (short conceptual films up to 60 seconds) and Brand Films (narrative films up to 90 seconds). Each project scope, deliverables, and timeline are confirmed in writing before work begins.

• Payment is required before work begins on any project.
• All prices are in USD.
• Founding client pricing is available for our first 10 D2C clients. Standard pricing applies after.
• We do not offer refunds once production has begun.
• If a project is cancelled before production begins, a cancellation fee of 25% of the project value applies to cover briefing and pre-production work.

Every project includes one round of revisions. A revision round means consolidated feedback submitted in one document or message. Additional revision rounds are available at 15% of the original project fee per round.

Upon receipt of full payment, you receive full commercial rights to all delivered films, worldwide and in perpetuity. You may use the films in paid advertising, on your website, in organic social content, in investor decks, at events, and in any other commercial context.

BrandKicks Labs retains the right to display delivered work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before the project begins.

We treat all client briefs, brand information, and project details as confidential. We will not share your brand's unreleased work without your explicit permission.

Our standard delivery is within 30 days of brief approval and payment receipt. Timelines may vary for larger or more complex projects, which we will communicate in advance.

We are not liable for delays caused by late client feedback, delayed payment, or circumstances outside our control.

Our liability to you in connection with any project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
