BrandKicks Labs is an AI film studio. We create AI Films and Brand Films for D2C brands internationally. Our website is brandkickslabs.com. Our registered address is 3B 402, Ashok Astoria, Govardhan, Gangapur Road, Nashik, Maharashtra, India 422222.

We collect minimal data. Specifically:

• Enquiry data: When you book a call via Calendly, we receive your name, email address, and your answers to our booking questions.
• Usage data: Our hosting provider (Hostinger) may collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. We do not currently use Google Analytics or any tracking pixels.
• Communication data: If you email us directly, we store that correspondence.

We do not collect payment information directly. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors.

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare for your discovery call.
• To deliver our services if you become a client.
• To send project-related communications.
• To improve our service based on how visitors use our site.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

• Calendly (calendly.com): for booking discovery calls. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to data processed through their platform.
• Hostinger: our hosting provider. Standard server data is processed on their infrastructure.
• Google Fonts and CDN services: our site loads fonts from external CDNs. These may process your IP address as part of standard CDN delivery.

We keep enquiry and client data for as long as the client relationship is active, plus 2 years after the last interaction. You can request deletion at any time.

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to processing.
• Data portability.
